Hi! Kylie here! The Destineers' Journal of Fantasy Nations is composed of things learned in our Mythical Beings class taught by Professor Noah Washington [as you know from his previous posts, he is a goblin], research in our library and Cybrarie [thanks Mrs. Prendergild!], as well as personal observations and interactions from our encounters with a fair number of these nations through our adventures. I have arranged it in an encyclopedic format, but it is much less formal than that - more like a "field guide" to these fantastical beings. For example, do you know which dragons are extremely aggressive and which ones are actually friendly and like humans? Learn about many of the fantastical beings you may have already heard about and a lot that you may not be as familiar with. We think you'll learn a lot of new things about the fastastical nations. We hope you enjoy it. What a fun day at the Carrollwood Day School! Thank you so much to the students, teachers and parents that made the day so special. We got to meet a lot of the students at the school and see them try their hands at creating their own fantasy characters - what an enthusiastic and immaginative group! We had a blast and hope they did too.
Hi, I'm Ryan, one of the Destineers at Greenbrier Academy. This year a new headmaster came to the Academy, and I think life is going to get very interesting around here. The headmaster brought some new professors and a whole new curriculum with him. I'm not so sure the school board knows about these changes...let's just say life is a whole lot more fun since they arrived. One of my classes this year is called Interactive History. Check it out! This one professor is like some kind of genius or something. He invented this machine called the incarnation chamber. It lets you travel to any world, at any time in it's history. It is sooo cool. My brother and I really like this video game called Cosmic Kingdom, so Professor Derrnz let us go back to the time of King Arthur to see what life was really like back then. We also got to travel to the Realm of the Netherscape. It is so neat there - they have all kinds of creatures like elves, goblins and centaurs, and, get this...they have two suns. How cool is that?! We even got to see the fairyherds and a cloudwalker or two. I hope we get to go back, but there is some kind of major trouble brewing in the Realm. Well, I'm pretty sure some of my friends will stop by here from time to time and maybe I can talk some of the professors into stopping by so you can meet them too! We'll keep you posted! There's so much going on...this is going to be great!
